RETURNS POLICY:
Product may be returned if unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Product shipped in error from a distribution warehouse will be returned at no cost to the customer, however prior authorization from customer support is mandatory. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Returns must be authorized and received by Chimney Liner Pro no later than 5 business days of the original delivery date. If the product meets the above requirements for a return, contact Chimney Liner Pro for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be requested and documented in the system via email prior to any materials being returned
Refunds will be issued within four weeks of shipping returned product; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Chimney Liner Pro to receive the returned product from the shipping company (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes to process the return (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process Chimney Liner Pro’s refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Chimney Liner Pro can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note there are restrictions on some products and restrictions on certain international destinations.
Upon placing an order, Chimney Liner Pro will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the available shipping options. Although most product ships the same day, some may ship next day. Chimney Liner Pro maintains excellent relationships with all vendors and distribution centers to assure the fasted delivery possible.
Please also note that most products are FREE shipping, however some rates may apply based on products that are sold based on weight/ size. All products purchased from Chimney Liner Pro will be clearly marked “Free Shipping” and/or have a dollar value listed for the cost of the shipping.
