PREMIER MIX SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

Please use the following calculation as a guide. Keep in mind there may be voids or irregularities in the chimney you can not see.

Step 1: Multiply the inside dimensions of the chimney flue (ie. 13"x13")

Step 2: Subtract the area of the liner to be installed in sq. inches (see charts below)

Step 3: Multiply that # by the height of the chimney in feet

Step 4: Divide by “the magic number” 216 (this equals the number of premier mix bags you will need to insulate the chimney)
