Product may be returned if unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless there was an error in shipping or damage due to shipping. If your product has been damaged due to shipping or any other problem outside of your control, a return authorization number must be requested and documented in the system via email prior to any materials being returned. In this case, notify us of the problem, then we will notify FedEx to pick up the product on your door step.
Refunds will be issued within four weeks of shipping returned product; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Chimney Liner Pro to receive the returned product from the shipping company (5 to 7 busi- ness days), the time it takes to process the return (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process Chimney Liner Pro’s refund request (5 to 10 business days).
